The Innkeepers

Liam Morton, the Villa’s Managing Innkeeper, brings to his position a vast array of knowledge and experience. In addition to being a skilled and professional innkeeper, he is a deft and creative events co-ordinator, and a superb floral designer. A man of fine taste as well as a cultivated palette, he is also well-versed on Vancouver Island’s unique and wonderful natural environment.

Eliza Livingston, published author, founder of the Matt’s Climb Foundation, who with Clarke Bingham and Liam Morton is the proprietor, has a background in theatre, and is a retired midwife and psychotherapist. The Villa Marco Polo’s style and ambiance reflect her fascination and love for the Middle East, where she has lived in Shiraz, Iran, and Beirut, Lebanon.
